Does anyone have advice on managing OAB? I've suffered with this all adult life, have posted here before and had some tips but was wondering if any new ideas

foxglove, my wife had OAB recently and used a form of thiamine called TTFD. The product specifically was Lipothiamine but as you'll learn it goes by other names. In less than a week using one 50mg tablet a day the urgency was gone. She continues to use it. The first link will explain TTFD thiamine and the remaining links about thiamine's role in OAB and other important matters. Thiamine needs adequate magnesium to make it bioactive. Always consult with your health care professional before using any supplement.

Gousha. yes it stopped it in three days. Although she has been using a vitamin B complex daily and takes magnesium, it's needed to make thiamine bioactive, it was not until she used 50mg of Lipothiamine which is a TTFD form of thiamine daily did she get relief. She continues to use both daily. I ordered it directly from the manufacturer as all the online dealers were out of stock. Depending on where you live it may require a prescription. As I mentioned to foxglove always consult with your health care provider before using any supplement. If you haven't done so, click on each of the links in my response to foxglove to learn about thiamine and the form of thiamine called TTFD.
