Weight loss surgery
@Lenette....
Try other means. Consult a dietitian. But carbs must be reduced. There are many articles on weight loss. Go through them. Understand and decide what is best for you. I don't advise you to go for bariatric or weight reduction surgery.
Good luck
Hello, Im 31 and I will be having the sleeve done this Dec. For me I have a thyroid problem. I have struggled with my weight since I was an Infant. I will let u know its a huge step and U have to be mentally prepared to change your whole life style. Ive done everything my doc has asked me. I eat healthy and I exercise regularly. U are still very young and its easier for u unless u have a medical reason why u cant lose the weight or keep gaining. U need to make sure that to take accountability for your actions. Meaning what your eating and drinking and how much exercise u do. Its best to get a food journal and right out everything your eating and drinking. One thing u really have to be careful of is what u drink bc you dont want to be drinking your calories. Water is your best friend. U want to cut out sugars completely. I know it hard but u can do. Stick to natural sugar like in fruit but be careful how much u eat. Avoid carbs as much as possible. People love pasta did u know there is a healthier way to have pasta like foods but still eating veggies. Like using zucchini and making zoodles or cauliflower u can make into like mashed potatoes or even rice like. If your interested In have a page on fb about my journey and I share health tips and great healthy recipes. Tho for me my diet is gluten free. in a way its better to bc with my thyroid issue I cant eat gluten. anyways let me know and good luck
