I’ve lost 45 pounds through exercise and diet. How do I maintain? I did Walk Away the Pounds 6 miles a day.

Have a look at the NHS Weightloss forum and you will see regular posts from maintainers. There is also an informal maintainers club each month ( find it in the 'pinned posts' section ) where we check in once a month to stay accountable and compare ideas on maintaining. If you click on my profile you will see some of my past posts about maintaining altho I've posted general ones too , to help newcomers.

Hello, I do not need to lose weight. I’ve done that. I need to maintain my weight. I do not do diets.
