Agree with kenster walking taking in nature. I’m fortunate enough to live near a Heath. It’s been a lifesaver for me. I’ve taken up an old hobby I’d forgotten how much I enjoy it. Look out for my neighbours keep in touch with my friends & family. Finding it difficult to read or listen to music which is strange as I love both.

I find it difficult to read too,I used to be a bookworm but haven't read a book for a year! It's good to be outside listening to birdsong.

Strange how we've gone off things we enjoyed before lockdown isn't it?

Reflection - everyone seems to be talking about it , yet i cannot be certain what it means for sure. serious thought or consideration is what i found somewhere. SO i suppose that might help us with our grief.

Wondering if it is any different than just plain old thinking?
