The nights are drawing in, are you planning activities you can do either alone or in a group over the coming months?

It's so important to keep busy if you can, obviously not everyone will be able to.

I find that as the days draw in early, people tend to hibernate, so few chances to socialise, even for a short chat, which does wonders to lift your spirits a little. I have to force myself to go outside at times, but I feel so much better for it.

What do you do?

Summer/winter things don’t really change for me. I walk the dog everyday regardless of the weather. Just means in winter it’s a bit later in the mornings & a bit earlier in the afternoons. I tend to go to bed a bit earlier in winter. My voluntary work goes on regardless. I organise walks which go on through the winter of course dependant on the weather. I did a sample walk yesterday the views were absolutely stunning & it was perfect weather. We always arrange for the ladies to have lunch somewhere. So it’s a good day out for them. I also help organise community lunches which is good fun & much appreciated by the older folk some who rarely go out.

Aquafit reading knitting love the cinema & try to go once a week. I have to keep busy. It’s a must for me.

What a busy lady you are and so caring too!

You’re providing something special for everyone who attends, both walks & lunches.

Be proud of yourself Caza you should be<3

Yes I am most certainly planning things to look forward to and acting on them!

Yesterday I had a lunchtime interview down at Cardiff Bay at IKEA there to work in the cafe there and gave it my best and I took an early crowded bus so that way I wasn't sat in worrying about things as I feel sitting at home makes problems worse and had a nice walk in the bay as well!

Today it's an interview at 12.30pm and I got the early bus down which was crowded as when it's early it's over quicker and I don't have time to worry about things!

I will be carrying on with my swimming and future learn courses and have some nice walks out and carrying on with building up my confidence with crowded places which has come along well!

You're doing so well, good luck with the interview, I'm proud of you!
