IT would have to be a shoulder to cry on. I feel that nobody truly understands my grief, I know it is unique but it also has much in common with everyone else's grief and realising that is good medicine. But most people seem to have the "been their - done that - got the t-shirt" mentality and immediately expect a gold card pass to your most intimate thoughts and feelings. So for me a shoulder to cry on, a direction to pour out oceans of tears is key.
