I've been looking into other options of support since the crisis and I'm eager to know if you would find email support helpful or not.
Hoping you're all okay ( if not let me know please)

Does this have to be administered in a certain way to minimise email traffic and for use in a certain was like the Every Mind Matters Service ?
Hi Greyone
I haven't heard of Every Mind Matters but I will certainly look into this.

Hi Greyone
Just checked that out, I can't see the connection but maybe I'm missing something.

The idea is you answer the questions and it suggests activities for you to do for good health. Sometimes it includes video for exercise and sometimes audio for relaxation.
Here is my last one:
1 - Relax your muscles and mind - with accompanying audio.
2 - Move more every day with a 10 minute video workout.
3 - Make time to chat.
4 - Reframe unhelpful thoughts - with accompanying video.
5 - Take time to reflect.
6 - Be prepared , feel calm. Just recommends organising your next day the day before.
The list is sent out by email.
I'm glad you posted because I've had a thought. In the Glaucoma UK forum, they've been have zoom webinars for those newly diagnosed Given by a doctor that's involved in treatment in clinics. They talk about things like how it is post covid and how its going to be and we get top ask general questions. It is also possible to participate on Facebook. The great thing about the Zoom meetings is that all you see is the host and the speaker so they're well setup. Most questions are typed but spoken ones are allowed. That means that if you have questions you can still go back next week. That may be another possibility.
