Skin rashes

I haven’t posted here for a while but I’m so desperate for help, covid is just slowing everything down! I haven’t been seen by dermatology for 2 years now because my appointments keep getting changed and my skin has just gone from one extreme to another. I’ve had rashes like this before I took Azathioprine but not for long periods of time like what I am getting now, the rashes before hand were also painless, but this newish rash is just awful.. it’s getting on for 5 months now of this continuous spotty rash covering my abdomen and now it’s started to go down my legs and my arms. My daughter (20months old) has also developed a similar rash which she’s been referred to dermatology by a pedestrian, it could be completely unrelated to behçet’s but it worries me! I’ve attached a photo below of my skin. It feels like pin pricks, sometimes burns but very painful what feels like underneath my skin?

I’ve had a lot of trouble with my skin but not like that. Do you have a good GP to go to and see if they can make some suggestions or hurry things along? You don’t want to self diagnose yourself or your baby but you could go to Google images and see if you can come up with something similar that fits in. You could start on a food intolerance diet and see if there is something in your diet which is causing it. In the meantime try to find something soothing - at the moment I am using a product called Emla which has Lignocaine and Prilocaine in it. It is the best product I’ve found yet for quieting down the pain. That gives you a few things to think about. Absolutely feel for you! Hugs Lesley
