Regarding oral & genital lesions what have you found to be effective in minimizing lesions and controlling pain. I use steroids, Percocet, 2% viscous Lidocaine on the genital lesions and magic mouthwash orally. That’s 100 ml of the Lidocaine & 60-80 ml of antacid (maalox) and Diphenhydramine HCI (Benadryl) ea. Mix and sip just enough to touch the lesions. Hold in mouth four 5 minutes. 1/4 teaspoon? I usually swallow since I have lesions down in my throat. A friend recommended this rinse for “chemo mouth” as soothing. It is the first thing upon rising but can be used any time.
Recipe is 8oz water, 1t. baking soda, 1t salt. Mix in glass bottle
