Dizziness!!

I feel dizzy when specially wake up from asleep, move head. The most of the time it’s when I’m stood up I can’t mobile properly feel like my heads not catching up with reality it feels strange! It already some time I feel it but symptoms are progressing. My visions normal but I walk funny like drunk. i don't have vertigo. Anyone having the similar with them? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I have similar. You need to see a Dr and a Neurologist perhaps? Mine is caused by Cerebellar Ataxia.

🤔 If it bothers you when lying down and turning your head, it could be BPPV ( Benign Paroxysmal Posterior Vertigo). It is fairly common, and sometimes specific therapy can help.

I have had that too, look up BPPV videos, there are some good ones on Youtube but best left to qualified people to do really. The treatment depends on the side affected and whereabouts the particles are lodged. Specialist. It can also be other things, labrinthitus, menieres, more, see a doctor, don't attempt to self diagnose.
