weak legs and increased dizziness

Does anyone have weak heavy legs? In last two weeks my legs have become extremely weak and my dizziness has increased. It's been raining and my symptoms get worse with rain, so maybe that's it. Sometimes it feels like I'm going to faint, but I don't. Does this sound familiar?

Hi yes my legs are ridiculously weak I lose my balance and go light headed, it is physically draining isn’t it , doctors don’t seem interested I even had one consultant say you are 59 what do you expect

Any bit of sun does me in and I can’t open my eyes

Damp and cold make my hands go a nice shade of blue even with gloves on,

Please keep going never give up no matter how hard it is and I really hope things improve for you it is not nice I fully understand that

I have been like this for a while, it feels like my head is a loose button, it really is hard work even walking round the house, when I sit down I pretty much fall down as my legs won't hold me if I try to sit slowly, mine is worse in the dark

Yes exercise helps muscle strength but not the balance . You need consultation with a Neuro physio. It's a difficult journey but keep going x

Be careful!

The symptoms could be caused by ataxia but it always best to check with GP.

I broke my hip when trying to be independent. While I was in hospital and getting proper care I found out that I was anaemic.

I have the same symptoms for a period of time. The only thing I can put mine down to is possibly stress. Sounds a bit feeble but I have my daughters 2 cats as well as my own to look after (had them for last 5 months with1 month to go). As anyone knows cats can be a huge trip hazard !!So far all is well but it is stressful and delightful as I do love them. Is anything causing you worry, one of the worse reasons for symptoms worsening (in my opinion).
