I have been taking tasigna since January 17 this year. I take one tablet(150mg) every morning for two weeks from the 17th and eat after two weeks. I take(150mg) low dose twice daily in the morning and evening.

Results of taking 23 days of tasigna

1, reduction of physical exhaustion

2, less muscle stiffness

3, sleep well (after taking 2 tablets)

4, decreased muscle production tendon fatigue

This is a personal opinion Please refer to the papers for exact findings!

And my genetic type is sca3

I read that a few years ago someone conducted a medical study regarding Tasigna nilotinib and hereditary ataxia. I have heard many positive experiences from people with hereditary ataxia who have used the medication. I myself have Friedreich ataxia.

I would like to know whether this medication will also have positive effects for friedreich ataxia? What do you think?
