Hi there, you’re not alone. It’s depressing sometimes but I have an ataxia colleague who helps me keep my spirits up on my bad days. I find it difficult to manage fiddly things particularly zips and bracelets. Most computers offer a speech facility rather than typing??? 😉

hi there you aren't alone. I've just gone through some terribly sad things that have affected me too. I struggle on bad days, focus on the things you are able to do and never forget to smile.

Keep talking to us when you are down so we can try to help xx
