Hope there is a cure... hate that this copd is not reversible.. im trying very hard at pulmonary rehab on treadmill and exercising .

Enjoy rehab .. I have copd asthma mild moderate, Today on treadmill on incline 15 at 2.8 speed then tapered down and back up for half hour .. felt good 😊 .....
