Good luck and remember the numbers do change for various reasons. One test I am middle moderate next I am borderline severe and then back up again. What I am trying to say is do not worry too much if your figures go down. I felt at my best when I got my lowest reading so readings can be a matter of time of day, stress or simply a change of machine.
