Hi All, I'm new here. Recently diagnosed w/emphysema and am now on oxygen 24/7. Walking every day and plan to teach in the fall. No question today, just happy to be alive. We're celebrating Independence Day today!

Hi and welcome to the forum! I for one am glad July 4th is over! We've had fireworks going off all around us for a week now and my poor dogs are beside themselves. Hopefully everyone used up the last of their lot last night.

Thanks carotopgal! I hear you about the dogs. Mine used to hide anywhere they could. I tried Thundershirts and all sorts of things, but the dogs always spent the night in terror. I felt so sorry for them.
