Its been three days this Mucas is still in me I've tried sorts of things to get it out drinking water and warm water I tried coughing but it's still not out so I was wondering if one of y'all can replie to my post and tell me why it's doing that because when you get mucas out it's supposed to just come out but it's not like I can feel it in my throat but I can't get it out.

You probably need to speak to your doctor so he can prescribe something to help you.

Your GP needs to investigate the cause before he can look at treatment. No one here can give you a diagnosis. There are many things which may help but first you need to know what you are dealing with.

Mine never goes. Drinking something very cold or bitter tasting helps

I have a flutter device (prescribed by my GP) - which is wonderful to get rid of mucus stuck in my throat - use it every day - wouldn't be without it. Ask your GP to prescribe one x

While you are waiting to follow Mrs Mummy's advice... if it's worse on waking 'cos it built up over night? Try gargling with a cup of hot water with a teaspoon of salt dissolved in it last thing before bed; use up the whole cup at first... and repeat a couple of times in the day until it improves.

Usual advice is avoid Coffee, Dairy, Chocolate, Alcohol etc that cause mucous to thicken...

Having said that, a glass of beer seems to help mine... seriously.
