Hi, I had exact same reaction when seretide was changed to Spiriva (without consultation) . It was the MDI not the powder one. GP refused to change it a few years ago when I could get an appointment). Luckily I had a spare Seretide to keep me going. At asthma review the lovely nurse tutted when I explained and immediately changed it to Fostair which has been a game changer for me.
I can only suggest you contact your gp or respiratory nurse and hope they'll change it for you. Good kick. P
Hi, I'm not familiar with the first thing you mentioned but spirit has been my inhaler of choice for many years. If you feel you are in a worse situation now you will need to revert to your GP or specialist... I've spoken to a specialist's secretary before now and got the information or instruction I need more quickly. You didn't say why you were switched over?
