A different one this time, flowers and a sea breaze. Crooked virticle rails not straight due to weave in canvas.

That’s a long time to wait Ern. I’ll be thinking of you. Xxx👍
This is so relaxing Ern.love all Yr colours.nice to see cobbles.it would be lovely to lean on those railings, looking out to sea.i love it x
I enjoy your art work ..... BUT .... could you give a bit more detail ( maybe you have and I have missed it ) , like whether oils or water colours and size of canvas. I find this one particularly spectacular, not so much the fore ground but the way you have dealt with the ocean and the sky.
John
OK I really love this...I want this one next, is that ok???
A beautiful painting. Your sea is lovely; the colours and the shading in particular. I hope your appointment goes well on Wednesday.
Ern I think it's a very uplifting painting and such lovely colours
Lovely subtle colours in the ocean. I've been in quite posh hotels where the rails were distinctly lopsided. Happy memories. xxx
Thank you Chris, yep we have some good memories of abroad, not allowed anymore - just in UK.

Ern, u always have a way with your paintings of drawing me in…I can imagine sitting there with a cocktail 🍹 enjoying that beautiful view
I think this is one of my favourites Ern. I really think you've reached another level. The sea and sky are so well painted - as for the clouds l, I feel I could blow them across the page! Another painting for the bottom of my imaginary hospital bed.
Another wish I was there painting, Ern.
nice. It reminds me of Sorrento in a film I saw.
Thank you Mavery - Italy sounds good atmoment
Well we can dream. I remember Sorrento very well although we weren’t there for long. We were on a cruise along the Amalfi coast. It was a horrible ride all along there. The roads had lots of twists and turns. I don’t travel well so you can understand how I felt. It was lovely to see Naples and Pompeii and that made it worth the trip.
I understand where you are coming from, I remember tavelling from Albufera to Lisbon some years ago, took an age but I simply don'tlike traveling by bus....Same Turkey and Corfu was a nightmare from Airport to resort. Marmaris in particular. Not been to Italy but we wasgoing to go, Anne in particular, the hills kinds put me off., a beutifull place though.
We had a car that took us all down the Amalfi coast. It would be lovely if you are young and rode a bike along there but not cars or buses for me. Pompeii was the only place we had to walk up a bit Oscar slope to get too. It must have been horrendous when Vesuvius went up. There’s now millions of people that live in the shadow of it. It’s a huge big City. It seems that most of the volcanoes have been going up lately. I thing Vesuvius is overdue an eruption. It is beautiful there but I couldn’t live underneath the volcano. It will go one day.
You are right to be cautious. in 1980 Mount Saint Helents errupted in Washington - look at Iceland, how people live in that shadow beats me. The only minor volcanic action I have seen was in Lanzarote - What a twisted winding road trip that was - the volcanoes are just alive I think but they blew hot air out of the ground when we where their, quite a nice island and not likely to be bothered with streaming lava I doubt.
I remember looking over a place where there was scaffolding poles guarding a hole in the ground. The steam that came up was like that of a little. I was lucky I wasn’t burned. I just wanted to see what the ground under it looked like. One lesson learned. Don’t be nosey. Really there wasn’t any warnings. I walked through a lava tunnel too.
That’s lovely Ern007, the sky and the clouds , perfect and the sea is lovely, you can see the horizon. Such a pleasure to look at your paintings.
The first thought I had was 'serenity'. Love the view!
You surpassed yourself with this painting Ern 👌 Now I need a comfy deck chair to admire the view with a hot cup of coffee ☕ ⛱️ 🥰 Love it! Could listen to waves for hours Ern 🌊🌊🌊 Have a listen to this one Ern 👍
Wow! I'm loving the gentle movement of the sea. You've captured that so well!Xx Moy
I was born unsure LOL
