Hospital Again

Was admitted to hosp last night with pneumonia again, that’s the third time this year that’s required a hosp admission. Might as well book my own bed!

I knew something was wrong as Pinky cat would not leave me alone, came and sat on my knee and he never normally does that.

Having the usual oxygen, steroids IV antibiotics and watching the world pass me by

Skis please give scruffs extra cuddles as I can’t cuddle mine. The nurses do find it odd when I face time the kitties!!

I don't know. I think it was just a tummy bug. But it's left me so ridiculously fatigued. I'm sure I'll be fine soon. As a Friend of mine would say, it's getting tiresome now. But if things don't improve in a while I'll try to conjure up a GP 🎅

Judes, if this been suggested previously then please ignore. But Im hoping you've had a pneumonia vaccination? They are often described as 'once in your lifetime' but I needed another and so do many people - I think they tend to last around 10 years.

Thank you for all your messages it means a lot to me. 02Trees never thought about having the pneumonia jab will give that some thought.

As HH says getting tiresome now I need a tropical island to become a hermit and drink lots of Plymouth Gin so I won’t know what’s going on🤣
