Wythenshawe hosp yesterday pf investigation unit.after ct scan results they are not sure wether I have ipf or nsip.so they want me to have bronchoscopy probably followed by a lung biopsy.Anyone been through this ?

Lots of us, myself included. It isn't the most pleasant thing that could happen to you but it isn't dreadful. You will be offered sedation and the procedure only takes a couple of minutes.

Not been through it, but have been treated for COPD in various hospitals but only wythenshawe properly diagnosed and treated me.....they are the best! So you are in good hands.
