Hi Dave,

I'm am on 4x daily nebs of Ipratropium and Salbutamol, I also have a saline neb (0.9%) which helps to loosen the mucus off the chest.

Do not take any salbutamol or Tiotropium inhalers while on the nebulisers, you will be overdosing and you could start getting tremors and palpitations.

Hi Dave , I take those two medications in my nebuliser but in a combined nebule called Combivent.

But the Ipatropium bromide is 500 micrograms, not 250 like yours.

I have used Salbutamol alone in my nebuliser in the past.
