Finally a day without rain.

Last week it did nothing but rain all week long and we all know how arthritis acts when it's wet and damp too. Everything has get like hell. The last couple of day after getting off from work I've been taking my shoes and socks off before pulli g out of the parking lot at work. It actually feels good on my feet after freeing them from shoes and socks. Of course I keep a pair of flip flops as we as light weight slippers in the care in case of have to make a stop on the way home. My sciatic nerve has been given me pain all week through my buttocks all the way down to my foot . Like I said earlier about arthritis and bad weather. I think the same is true with sciatica nerve pain as well. I find with sciatica nerve issues the most comfortable position is sitting up right with feet on the floor. Having my legs propped up on the couch makes it worse as well. Standing for a long period of time will as well. Trying to stay comfortable is next to impossible with siaticia never pain . I did find a comfortable pair of flip flops for my feet last weekend tho. I've never been the flip flop type of guy but I came across a pair of skechers flip flops in the mall and wow I was blown away on how comfortable they were on my feet. The have a lot of support , one thing you don't find in most flip flops. So my toes will be out for the summer this summer instead of being in sneakers all summer long. I need comfortable shoes for my feet now that arthritis is in both of my feet as well. I'm going to ask my neurologist in October when I see him for my yearly appointment what he reccomends me doing for my sciatica nerve pain. Hopefully he'll give me some answers.
