what happened today?
I had a pretty important appointment, got really anxious and just didn't turn up, which was quite rude of me. Just feel like a bit of a failure at the moment. :/
Sorry to hear that Amy.Was this with a mental health professional? And you are not a failure,this is an illness we have.

Appointments can be remade, just get in contact with appointee and explain why you did not arrive.
