Hello,I would try to avoid the medication route as it does not seem to work.Medicine can, for some be the answer but for me and I suspect you it does not work.We tell ourselves it will not work just like we tell ourselves we are in danger when in actual fact we are not.Breathing exercises and relaxation are the answer but you have to stick with it,please try.
