My reply to someone's question has been marked 'delete' - as opposed to 'report'. What does this mean?

I,ve looked back,it was 26th jan.( was it?)I don't know if you can look at the blogs and B/rose explains it great,she says only you ,that write the blog can see "delete" when you write it,givesyounthe chance to delete it
