Hey I took my first tablet yesterday, I've had real trouble sleeping over the last two week will the tablets kick in and help me sleep too I'm shattered 24/7, never taking tablets before so all new to me,

Hi M1987, The tablets will probably take about 2-3 weeks before you feel any benefit from them but keep going and I am sure they will help. I take these and I think they do help you sleep too. Make sure you take it everyday though for it to work properly

i've just taken my first of these tablets and i'm hoping the same too as i am so tired after 3 weeks of anxiety and insomnia...hope it works for us....
