Chamollie (pig tea one ) from waitrose , is very highly recomended , by some that have tried it

Have to let us no if you do how you find it

Someone posted that green tea was supposed to be very good too! I Tetleys have just done a blend of both too, ie normal and green. I havn't tried either yet but its on my 'to buy' list x

I drink camomile tea and have the occasional green tea during the day. Camomile seems to help me.

I highly remmonded pea tig (chamomile) with thyme honey from Waitrose!! They taste delicious together!! It help me a lot but only drink it before bed time ok?? Xx
