You may be worrying about what is going to happen that day. I take things in baby steps..... get up, get showered, have breakfast. Break everything down into small steps, it makes the day much easier to tackle. good luck.

Worry makes more worry & then we jump on the roundabout of worry & anxiety for the day , i can & do it often

I have just been for a walk, next step is a cuppa, next step is a shower and so the day goes on in small steps. Deep breathing helps sometimes as it stops the heart racing. I do wish you all the very best.
