Hi Tracy - your doctor should have told you how/when to take it! If not, either ring your surgery, or talk to your pharmacist - they should be able to advise you.

Citolopram r normaly 2 b taken in the mornins as they can keep u awake wen first startin treatment. Any ssri r normaly taken in mornin. Hope this has helped.**

I take mine in the morning and after about 30 mins I feel better, I take 20mg and have been on them on and off for 6yrs.how are you finding these tablets?
