Bad day!

Today has been a bad day! Headache, chest pain, back pain and heart flutters! Felt quite panicky and edgy aswell...

I'm off to the doctor tommorow to get off the propranolol, and then mental health unit Friday! Lots going on after the festive season, and sometimes I just need a friend xx

Sorry its been a bad day for you , sounds like your anxiety has took over today , you seem to have all the typical symptoms

Glad you are going to see GP tommorow , very sensible to take their advice over your meds & good to see you have the support with the mental health team on Friday

Always a bad time for people after Xmas , think we can all find this time of year a hard time , but lets all look to the lighter nights & may be a little "sun "
