hello anxiety

I got that horrible nerve feeling in my throat again haven't had it for a while. where it feels there's sumthing in ur throat. it's iratating me like mad but I'm sat back doing my best to ignore it. xxx

This is how my anexity started with a feeling of something like a hair at the back of my throat and im tryin to cough it up and then i get the cannot swallow feeling its become a permanent pain as i when not recluse have t go out carryin a bottle of water etc with me as if i cannot swallow i panic n need t drink x i know this is not advice for you but im beginning to put tgther a jigsaw of all the things i thought i was being daft over actually being part of something a lot bigger x hpe you dont mind my comment x

Lived with this also....horrible feeling but when you calm down it goes. Think it comes under the term tension...and that can be in any muscle........but bit of a nuisance when it is in your throat.........get well

iI of cause I don't mind it is an horrible thing I used to get it a lot wen I first had anxiety and it wud last ages. I get it now n then now and it doesn't last as long as it did before x

Think this could be what is called " globus" I had it for a number of years,it was checked out at hospital but nothing there,it is real,I get bouts of it now and then
