Hi everyone, im over he. Moon to be finally accessing some help, all of this was after much scouring the internet. Im attending a group recovery program for anxiety and depression. I rung my local office this morning and leaving soon to go to my first meeting. Im feeling quite upbeat about this. Anyone experienced anythign liek this? Im quite looking forward to group work as i have no one to talk to.

i agree stde we should have some sort of list for all local anxiety groups, it will help a lot to meet other sufferers. it is like they turned blind eye for people like us.

Lindenlea, It would be lovely to have a group recovery running on the net, it would help so many of us, I have had this dreadful illness for over 40 years on and off, but have never got rid of agoraphobia, and monophobia, and now I have depression as my dear husband has altizheimer, Oh it would be great. Lindenlea, im so sorry to hear about your aspects of this illness. I cant imagine what its been like for you and now with your husband having alzheimers, that is truly distressing. I hope you find aome source of therapy or help soon. An online group would be truly great. Love kelly
