Morning Lou, i feel a lot better today, bit more positive than yesterday thanks for asking. I hope your fella is feeling a bit more positive too. Its a horrible, dark illness we have which isolates you and makes you feel very lonely and miserable, which we dont want to be. But i guess only time will heal.

Thanks guys. I am just me thats all. I have over the last few months got a bond with a fair few of you on here. You are really lovely friends...............thats how i see you all now. You help me so much, and i just want you all to know how much you all mean to me. You have kept me sane.

If i can do anything that can keep you uplifted well thats fine by me.
