Hi all just about to go in to work I'm tied and haven't really got any get up and go but it is my last day this week so I can try and relax for 3 days, still got a things on my mind and can't see me ever getting them out .... I am trying my best ot work but its very hard I still feel very alone and icelated there. I hope every ones doing ok??

Hiya T! My get up and go has got up and gone as well! Hopefully you will have done that last day now and have 3 days to rest or whatever you like. Listen sweetheart if you have things on your mind try getting them out on here ? maybe 1 a day if you can ? you might be surprised how many solutions are offered to you. Things you never would have thought of as possible. Have a try lovie and see how you do . If you can't do it no worries there either. Hope you've had a good day at work and are feeling calmer. I agree with Ella, A problem shared is a problem halved and all that. I do understand though. Sometimes our heads are so messed up it's hard to see what the problem is never mind find an answer and it's always so much worse at night.
