Does anyone know of an anxiety sufferers help group that meets in Oxford or Oxfordshire?

Hi allysum

I live in Banbury and have gad / depression I no mind do group therapy. I thinks it's on Tuesday and Thursday at 10am in Banbury health centre. I really wanted to go but I have to go to work. So not really a convient time for me. Have you been in contact with your gp. They can usually point you in the right direction.

I haven't spoken to my GP but am thinking maybe I should. I also work so don't think I could get to the meetings in Banbury, although my anxiety is getting so bad now I'm worried I may have to quit my job.
