anxiety or thyroid

my thyroid levels were so low at 27 i could hardly walk and slept all the time was on 50micro grams of thyroxine and was told to take 100 and the dizzyness and palpitations were terrible went down to 75 micrograms and now my levels have came down to 14.But now ive been told to raise back up 100 micrograms and im terrified of the symtoms coming back i no i have too get my tsh levels down to a normal range of 5 but it scares me

hi. I had problems with my thyroid but didnt suffer from anxiety. now Im on 150mg and the levels are ok but I feel anxious anyway..
