Started feeling really bad again. Just woke myself up by panicking in my sleep. Does anyone else get that? I'm getting married on Friday but I'm so scared I will feel bad on the day. :'(

Hello Reenie! congratulations for Friday! Janice's advice is lovely and correct. I am not surprised that you are worried and nervous etc about the wedding, it is natural! It will all be how you want it to be, once you are there, enjoy the day and put those little anxious demons to the back of your mind, they are only trying to spoil things, all part of anxiety.

Try not to worry and if you do, try and think of something that you get great enjoyment from, or the fantastic future ahead of you! Have you felt like this just recently or do you suffer like this all the time? If so perhaps it would be best to see your GP and put your mind at rest. If not then you can buy Calm tablets over the counter, they seem to work for a few people I know.

Don't be too hard on yourself, you are entilted to worry and panic over such a big day! Take it nice and easy and when you feel a panic, try and think of something that is more positive and nice.

Let us know ow you get on and all the best for friday!!! It will all turn out just fine, you'll see ;-)

Hi,

Congratulations to you. I to have anxiety that wakes me in the night, go with it, because you know what it is, don't let it get the better of you on your special day, easier said than done. After the wedding you will wonder what was all of this worrying about. Good luck.

Thanks for the comments everyone, I've had anxiety for 11 months but it does come and go, I was just worried I would have it on the day but hopefully I'll be ok. Not really been stressed by the wedding as it's only small. Hope you are all feeling ok at the moment. X x x
