I'm so tired from not sleeping very well last night but I just cannot relax. Trying so hard to keep positive thoughts in my head. Dreading going to bed later.

HI i know its so hard to drift off when your jittery so maybe get something off the doctor or try something herbal like valerian. x

Been suffering for alot of years, you have to look at whats triggering the fear, with me i worry about my family, the best thing to do is face head on what's making you anxious and tell yourself that everything is going to be ok and the anxiety with fade it will take time.x
