Why am I so anxious?

I've always been a worrier and nervous but since I've been absent from work over a year ago and been hospitalised for 15 nights earlier this year I am so anxious. I'm sweating up a lot and when I was on anti depressent called sertraline I was worse so I came off them. Any ideas please?

I m sorry you re not well.why you re off work?if you are anxious I would look at your past or family /personal situation?if u are still anxious try counselling to go the root of the problem and maybe sertraline wasn't t good for you and should try other antidepressant till you find the right one for you
