Has anyone else's anxiety robbed them of their independence completely?

hi scooby the answer is yes i am a totally different person i was an auxilliary nurse on a psychiatric unit for fifteen years full of life always laughing and joking i loved my job i had to finish i had an accident and broke two vertabre in my back my back is now manageable with physio but this anxiety has floored me i cant stay on my own i have to rely on friends and family to be with me at all times it is the worse illness ever dont know what to do myself i cant take meds i am trying vit b6 omega 3 fish oil and plenty of herbal tea people tell me to work through a anxiety attack walk excercise dance skip i dont know about you but i get so dizzy i cant move for sure i will faint so yes cant do any thing on my own totally dependant on others getting fed up of myself x
