Gut issues (benzo belly).

I've been off xanax for 5 year now. It was a rough process expriencing mental & physical symptoms of withdrawals. I believe i'm experiencing protracted phase. I still deal with some of my symptoms to a lesser & more degree when my anxiety & fears are more but the most chronic is my gut. It got more in my later phase this past 2 years. I was prescribed omeprazole & dicyclomine. It helps but no big impact. I read in forums that not to take long term it will mess with my gut healing naturally & prolong healing. I've done healthy diet, supplements. This is frustrating because this is affecting me at work & home to not do alot of simple things & activities. Any members know what I'm experiencing.?
