Palpitations when laying down after eating

Hi all, recently I have been getting palpitations especially when laying down and after eating.

I do suffer anxiety and I know it could be this but I still always worry.

Does anyone else get palpitations like this?

Heart issues cannot be diagnosed here. It is very possible your palpitations could be eating related, however there could also be other causes. The best thing is to see your doctor, or, if you are in the US you can go to an urgent care facility or emergency room.
