It's funny how things work. I just had to cancel my handicap ride to go do something I had scheduled because of massive overwhelming anxiety.

I then decided to check my email in the first thing was a notification of this post.

So it came here, joined the community, like your comment, and made a reply.

Anxiety has been the bane of my existence as far back as my memory goes to a tiny little toddler terrified and ascared of everything all the time.

I'm sorry to hear that you suffer as well but I'm grateful that you made this post.
