hi , has anyone had bad reactions to sertralin. I was on it for a month and its made me feel awful. Anxiety is horrendous , hot sweats , shaking, no appetite and diahorea. I cant function properly. The doctor has told me to stop and go back to duloxetin. Just cant wait to feel myself again its horrible

Sorry to hear you had this experience. Sertraline can take up to 2 months to fully work. It is hard to tell sometimes what is a side effect and what is just the anxiety that caused you to take the meds in the first place. Apparently most side effects of sertraline go away after a month or so. Wishing you peace and health.
