Changing medication

I am on 125mg sertraline but I am tapering off to start on 30 mg Duloxetine, she wants me to go down to 100mg sertraline for 4 days then drop to 50mg for 4days then to start on the Duloxetine the next day.I am worried that this is a fast weaning off sertraline

Any body gone through this and if you could share your experiences
