I can’t take any more

I can’t stand up straight, I feel like I’m going to faint. I have a feeling that someone is touching my head and gripping. And my heart has been pounding and thudding for several days. I’ve tried deep breathing and relaxing but it’s back as soon as I move

HiI'm sorry to hear you're not feeling well. I struggled with such severe headaches and dizziness at the beginning of treatment. Nothing helped. Only when the doctor prescribed me antidepressants I start to feel a little better. Still have dizziness but headaches gone
