No one is ever alone is this world there is always someone to talk to.

Some things that have helped me in my darkness moments.

Talk, Be honest.

Exercise, if you can.

Meditation, breathing exercises.

Medication, in the right doses.

Your mind is the strongest and most complex part of your body, it’s ok if you don’t feel ok, it happens to more people than we realise and Even if they don’t admit it.

You will have good days , you will have bad days, you will feel like giving up, but you will survive , you are stronger than you think and not alone.

very true sometimes life exceeds our stressors being mindful of our anxious thoughts focus a appreciation of things rejuvenating perception what we allow to start the day or reflection of things self worth self care and self being appreciation of interests shared joy or hope of things that empowers us purposeful intentions be it a place of transcendence tranquility our outer world reflection from the inside out shadows releasing fear or doubt with purposeful pursuits light the burden remove the baggage that weigh you down
