hi can someone please help 3 weeks ago I developed a very very bad cold where my nose was blocked for like 4 days nothing was coming out .. I tried steam inhalation which helped slightly then after that I lost my taste and smell for a day but then the next day it came back and now I can taste but not smell some food and have a disgusting smell when something is being cooked, my forehead hurts my eyes were hurting and now better , my nose feels swollen. Will it ever go back to normal my smell. I can smell some stuff but most things stink and nose feels congested yet I can breathe through there now. I have a GP appt today

This sounds remarkably like COVID to me, have you done a test? If not I would suggest that you do. If you have tested negative then I would see your GP, it could just be this years' cold virus, in which case you will return to your normal self, but it may take a while. Do let us know how you get on with the GP
