Deep Emotion

Anxiety causes feefeelfeelings of deep isolation. So tears are necessary to release this feeling because i yearn for healing, love, and peace of mind.

Yes it can because anxiety can come from repressing and suppressing past and current emotions and trauma. It's our body and minds way of signaling to us that we need to address those emotions, process and release them in order to heal.

If you haven't yet, you might find a therapist to work with to investigate your emotions and help you process them. They can help you to make sense of your background and family history and how and why you developed your feelings of isolation and loneliness and your anxiety. They may even suggest you try medication at least temporarily to help your healing. Most therapists have websites or information on referral sites like psychology today that you can check out to see if they might be a good fit for you. Some of the types of therapy that have helped me are ACT Therapy, emdr therapy, Somatic Processing as well as just talk therapy. I also found the DARE Anxiety book, youtube videos and phone app to be very helpful, especially with anxiety.

I really know how you feel.

Medication and therapy have helped me with anxiety. I think need life changes to help with depression now, but things are getting there.

Know that there are things that can help and that you are not alone.
